Job Description:

 

• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, and strategy) to deliver campaign elements as per business needs.

• Prepare and present regular campaign updates, performance reports, and insights.

• Content Creation: Develop and manage content for articles, blogs, and other marketing materials for internal and external usage. Oversee briefing, copy editing, and ensure high-quality content delivery. Should have knowledge of using AI tools for content creation.

• Will be responsible for monitoring the corporate website and SEO efforts done by the internal team.

• Assist in obtaining approvals for creative assets, budgets, and other deliverables.

• Provide detailed updates on campaign progress and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrated execution of campaigns across all channels.

• Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all internal stakeholders and client touchpoints.

• Run Whatsapp and email campaigns and provide analysis

• Work cross functionally with teams to enhance brand identity and communication as per guidelines

• Standardize internal communication across geographies.

 

Market Research & Insights:

• Conduct research on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to support campaign planning.

• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership enhance the impact of marketing strategies.

 

Administrative & Operational Support:

 

• Manage documentation, schedules, and meeting agendas for campaigns.

• Assist in preparing client proposals, campaign reports, and principal presentations.

• Track campaign KPIs and maintain detailed records for performance analysis.

• Updating and monitoring the marketing dashboard and sharepoint.

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.

 

Functional/Technical Competencies:

 

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing tools.

Qualification/ Experience:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3 to 05 years marketing role.

• Middle East marketing experience preferred

• Experience collaborating with digital and creative agencies, and marketing channels.

• Experience in working across marketing channels (CRM, Digital, paid media)
