Key Responsibilities:
(A) Procurement Management
- Lead and manage the full procurement cycle for materials, consumables, services, and equipment.
- Issue RFQs, evaluate offers, conduct negotiations, and finalize PO.
- Build and sustain supplier relationships across the GCC region.
- Ensure timely vendor follow-ups for delivery, documentation, and contractual compliance.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement cost-optimization measures.
(B) Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Maintain compliance with warehouse safety, proper storage practices, and loss-prevention
guidelines. - Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure timely material availability at sites.
( C) Team Leadership & Supervision
- Lead and supervise a team of procurement and warehouse personnel, ensuring effective
workload distribution and performance management.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to improve team productivity and adherence to
processes. - Set performance targets and support team development initiatives.
(D) Documentation, Compliance & Coordination
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and external regulatory
requirements. - Maintain accurate documentation including POs, contracts, GRNs, stock adjustments, and
inventory reports. - Work with Finance for invoice verification, vendor payments, and PO/GRN matching.
- Ensure all procurement and warehouse processes are accurately recorded in the ERP system
(SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or equivalent).
(E) General
- Manage procurement budgets, track spend, and drive cost savings through effective sourcing and
negotiations. - Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including long-term agreements, framework
contracts, and category management, to optimize spend, consolidate suppliers, and ensure
supply continuity. - Prepare and manage supplier contracts to ensure favorable terms, compliance, and risk
mitigation. - Coordinate logistics and cross-border shipments, including customs clearance, to ensure timely
material availability. - Collaborate with internal teams—projects, operations, and finance—to align procurement and
inventory activities with business requirements. - Plan demand and maintain optimal inventory levels across locations, optimizing working capital
and balancing service levels with cost efficiency. - Track and report KPIs such as cost savings, lead times, supplier performance, and inventory
turnover. - Oversee stock verification, maintaining proper documentation and controls for procurement and
warehouse transactions.
Manage audits and ensure compliance with auditing and accounting principles.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in procurement and warehouse operations within the Oil & Gas
industry in the Middle East. - Minimum 3 years of team handling / supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of GCC supplier markets, customs requirements, and logistics processes.
- ERP system proficiency is essential.
- Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) along with strong English communication skills.
Strong negotiation ability, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
