We are seeking an experienced DDX Field Engineer to support directional drilling operations by delivering high-quality drilling optimization and downhole tool performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background as an MWD Engineer with hands-on experience in Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS), Mud Motors, and directional drilling technologies. Candidates with prior Halliburton (HAL) experience and exposure to GCC operations will be given preference.

- Execute and support Directional Drilling (DDX) operations safely and efficiently at the wellsite.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot Rotary Steerable Systems (RSS) and Mud Motors during drilling operations.
- Ensure optimal directional drilling performance while maintaining well trajectory as per the drilling program.
- Perform pre-job equipment checks, tool preparation, testing, and post-job maintenance.
- Monitor drilling parameters and provide technical recommendations to optimize drilling performance.
- Collaborate with MWD, Drilling, and Rig teams to ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate job documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client procedures, and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot downhole tool failures and coordinate corrective actions when required.
