Requirement’s

• Gas exp mandatory.
• Knowledge and experience of Slickline operations in pressurized or static well bores. Tool string, surface tools including production equipment.
• Knowledge of Blow out preventor, Lubricator Assembly winch & power pack, Tubing conditioning, operation of sliding sleeves, downhole sampling, lowering of manometers, fishing of wire and tools, MPLT Jobs etc.
• Reconditioning of tools and equipment’s before any job, re-stocking all required tools at the work site to avoid any down time.
• Knowledge of running and pulling tools, fishing tools, setting plugs, Gradient survey and interpretation of data, install and retrieve gas lift valves, SCSSV (surface control sub surface safety valve) related jobs.
• Set & Retrieve OTIS XX/PXN/XXN/RRN/PRN plugs.
• Knowledge of CAMCO and Weatherford make KOT OM-5, OM-6, OM-1 tools and their use for retrieval of GLV from Side pocket mandrel.
• Good knowledge of development and implementation of safe operating procedures, ESD (emergency shutdown) system.
• Knowledge of HSE, compliance of safety policies, procedures and objectives as per company requirement. Environment awareness. operational risk, risk / hazards assessment and their mitigation.
• Good communication and reporting within team, superiors and client.

• Clear concepts of CT jobs, surface equipment, data acquisition and maintenance of the CT system.
• Able to prepare the list of equipment required for the job, Pre-job examination & test of equipment’s and units
• Capability of self acting & Guide team for Rig up/ rig down
• Sound knowledge of the following: CTU, Chiksons, Butterfly valves, Hamer valves, Treating equipment, C-Pumps, others on location, Triplex pump, Ball valves etc.
• Familiarity with directing resource mobilisation and coordinating the activities of a 6-10 member coiled tubing crew and auxiliary equipment crew, along with the equipment assigned to that crew
• Knowledge of check points for Permission to start job after taking the full view and preparation on site.
• Thorough knowledge to Guide the CTU and other operators.
• Computer skilled, experienced report writer

• Working knowledge of Hydrocarbon exploration & production industry – Drilling, completion and workover of wells; production installation operations and construction projects.
• Hazards & risks (including risk assessment and risk matrix) and relevant control measures / barriers.
  • Hierarchy of control measures, effectiveness of control measures and performance standards for barriers.HSE procedures like HSE Induction, TBT, JSA, PTW, PPEs, safety observation programs (such as Take-5, STOP).

• Overall Knowledge of Circa and Cycle.
• prepare job design utilising  well data , completion status, corrosion status, Surface/ subsurface pressures/temperature, production status, complication etc.  Apprise client all deviations from plan and convince technically with reasons.

• Operational background of Oil & Gas field in relevant area such as Well completion etc.

• Overall supervision of the Cementing Contract.
• Fully aware of planning as per lab test results and deviations required.
• Planning for casing cementing taking care of variations in preflush, spacers etc.
• Idea of Fluid Loss and corrective measures and importance of LOT.
• Stage cementation jobs experience.
• Cementing calculation, use of software and knowledge of Slurry Design including that for liners & tie-back cases. Preparation / cross checking of cement job plans at site.
