Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BD presentations for all Segments and services
• Develop Comprehensive Costing templates and price lists
• Marketing spends within budget
• Prepare Country reports on all current + new countries
• To identify strategies and preparing a tender plan to ensure all tenders and bids are acted upon within strict deadlines
• To coordinate and arrange technical write up on our offer for inclusion in tenders. In conjunction with the management team, assist in selecting tenders to pursue based on relative competitiveness, capabilities and workload
• Managing relationship with procurement teams of the clients
• To arrange POs from the clients
• To update of Deployer on regular basis
• Enable to work fully for tenders
• Prepare business proposals of the three service lines

Qualification:

• Graduation in any discipline
• MBA

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience
• Preferred candidate from IMS background

Key Accountabilities:

• Knowledge of Working Capital management
• Knowledge of BRS
• Knowledge of Managing and mobilizing cash/funds across the multiple geography
• Maintaining the bank accounts across the location
• Knowledge of preparing the cash and funds flow statement
• Preparation of Projection of cash/fund planning

Qualification:

• Graduation in B. Com/MBA/CA in Finance with 2-3 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Clients and their expectations
• Attend Client meetings, as attending every Client morning meeting is not possible so meet Client Operations Team minimum 3 to 4 times a week
• Working out of all above Client office.
• Meeting with Crew, guide them on HSE, understand their concerns, and highlight the same to Back office staff
• Manage Crew Rotation, Collection of Timesheets
• Understand Client new and additional crew requirements, follow up on CV approval from Client
• Good Client Relationship, so this will help us to grow our business.
• Understand Client operations and growth, so accordingly, increase growth for GET.
