Quality, Environment, Health and Safety specialist
Key Accountabilities
Job Requirements:
Able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in order to meet established deadlines.
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of colleagues, superiors/managers and other
external contacts.
HSE – Responsible for personal safety & safe working practices for all activities undertaken by GET
operations.
Help and assist in raising of HSE tickets for on-ground incidents and coordination among the
concerned Crew and client team for incident investigation, establishing the root causes and closure of
the agreed corrective actions
Respond to & act as prime contact person for handing any Emergency Situation involving our
employees/crew through on ground support
Help QHSE team in finalizing the required PPE for crew / FTE while coordinating with local vendors
and help on locating vendors
Advise QHSE team in any critical change in legal / regulatory requirements etc.
Conducting regular meetings with Clients on QHSE activities
Conducting site visits for all clients
Convey any QHSE feedback received from crew or client to QHSE team for further action
Facilitating / Conducting safety meetings and actions on SOC’s (Safety Observation Cards)
Assisting the central QHSE team to complete any related tasks for local site or/and other geographies
Gathering information from all crew on their HSE participation while working with clients
Conducting HSE inspections in workshop, GET accommodation & site
Assisting the site manager in Vehicle safety management including inspection records, Journey
management records, maintenance records and fuel consumption etc.
Planning and conducting periodic internal audits of the QHSE system implementation and actions on
the findings
Planning and conducting periodic QHSE audits of the vendors and tracking the actions on the findings
Monitoring the site specific QHSE objectives
Conducting & assisting in QHSE trainings for employees and crew
QMS – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system
