Team Responsibility:
● Manage Clients and their expectations
● Attend Client Morning Meetings, as attending every Client morning meeting is not possible so meet Client Operations Team minimum 3 to 4 times a week
● Working out of all above Client office
● Meeting with Crew, guide them on HSE, understand their concerns and highlight the same to
Back office staff
● Manage Crew Rotation, Collection of Time sheets
● Understand Client new and additional crew requirements, follow up on CV approval from Client
● Good Client Relationship, so this will help us to grow our business
● Understand Client operations and growth, so accordingly increase growth for GET
