Crew Management Ensure the following is done for all oilfield crew within specific timelines &

accuracy.

 

 

●    Crew Onboarding that includes the below activities:

    Issuing of Service Agreements

    Inductions

    Background Verification process (before joining)

    Other important information & verification

 

 

●    Grievance management on a real-time basis

●    Managing country & state-specific compliances

●    Crew Payroll (Monthly Inputs & Expenses)

●    Crew Engagement Initiatives

●    Training & Development – Organize trainings as per the training needs identified

●    Meeting the crew – In office / at base or any other location

●    Regular follow-ups with the crew on call, emails during the On & Off rotations

●    Crew Day Rate negotiations

●    Manage Crew Career progression including appraisals & promotions

 

 

●    Exit process:

 

 

    Exit Interviews

    Full & Final settlement

    Relieving Letters

    Deboarding

 

    Administration responsibilities include:

    Managing Insurance during onboarding & deboarding

    Coordination with different Internal & external stakeholders

    Office management
